Cancellation/Refund Policy

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, all amounts collected from the User are held in separate non-interest earning bank Accounts. The said accounts are operated by a third party appointed by TFG in accordance with Clause 10 of these Terms and Conditions. From these bank accounts, the payouts can be made to (a) Users (towards their withdrawals), (b) TFG (towards its Platform Fees & Wild Card Fee), (c) Government (towards TDS on Winnings Amount), and to (d) GST Amount.

It is further pertinent to note that the GST deduction will be applicable and the amount after deduction of the said GST deduction shall be reflected on the wallet of the user. The GST applicable on the said game is 28% as per the Indian Government.

A transaction, once confirmed, is final and no cancellation is permissible. TFG may, in certain exceptional circumstances and at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the amount to the User after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. We reserve the right to cancel any contest at any time and for any reason, without notice. If we cancel a contest, we will refund any entry fees paid by users who entered the contest into the wallet.

TFG reserves the right to cancel any match(es) for any reason, with or without disclosure of the reason, and refund all fees paid for such matches by any and all users within 1-3 business days.
